The goals of the city coincide with my goals as a member of Congress. That is to shrink government and promote growth.

It is paramount to promoting the public trust. I felt that way when I was mayor and I will hold true to that vision. A lack of openness from public officials promotes mistrust.

Just because you appropriate funds doesn't mean you have to spend them.

I have been traveling all over the state for the past six months. I would like to elevate the consciousness of voters about the congressional race and give them an opportunity to know me.
